Fox News Channel anchor Shepard Smith is looking to move on from his West 13th Street apartment in New York City, listing it for $4.9 million.
Smith has owned the apartment since buying it for $1.875 million in 2004. The longtime Fox News managing editor and anchor originally tried to sell the space in 2011, listing it for $4 million.
Measuring in at 2,341 square feet, the condo holds two bedrooms and two bathrooms and boasts 13-foot ceilings, a 40-foot gallery, and a Creston system that controls the lighting and shades throughout the space.
Smith has been with Fox News since 1996, originally covering major stories such as the death of Princess Diana, Hurricane Katrina, and the war in Iraq in 2003. The editor and anchor is also lauded for being a super fan of the popular HBO hit “True Blood.”
