A Spanish-style home in the star-studded Bird Streets situated right above the Sunset Strip in the Hollywood Hills that once belonged to “Law & Order: Special Victims Unit” actress Mariska Hargitay and her husband, actor Peter Hermann, has hit the open market for $4.75 million.

Hargitay and Hermann owned the 5,029-square-foot property in 2006 and sold it about a year later for more than a $1 million profit. Seeing as “Law & Order: SVU” is mainly filmed in New York City, the showbiz couple’s more recent real estate moves have focused in the Big Apple.

Amenities of the Hollywood Hills abode include sweeping views, a wine cellar, a home theater, a pool, and a fitness room.

The estate holds a total of five bedrooms, with four in the main house and an additional room (and separate kitchen) found in the attached guesthouse.

Hargitay has appeared on 400 episodes of “Law & Order: SVU,” which is in its 18th season. Before her stint as Detective Olivia Benson on the incredibly long-running “Law & Order” spinoff, Hargitay had extended runs on “ER.”

Hermann also had an extended stint on “Law & Order: SVU” appearing in 30 episodes over the span of 13 years. He is currently on the TV show “Younger” and has also made appearances on the boob tube on shows such as “A Gifted Man,” “Blue Bloods,” and “Guiding Light.”
