“How to Get Away with Murder” star Viola Davis and her husband, actor Julius Tennon, recently offloaded their longtime home in the Granada Hills neighborhood of Los Angeles for $1.15 million.
The 1991-built, 3,900-plus-square-foot house holds five bedrooms and 4.25 bathrooms, in addition to a formal dining room, entry, and living rooms.
Other amenities of the two-story home on its hillside plot are hardwood floors, a chef’s kitchen with a center island and a wine cellar, and a number of additional updated features to modernize the abode.
Outside, there is a saltwater swimming pool that looks like it was built into the hillside itself and a patio space with a built-in barbecue and bar for entertaining guests.
Davis and Tennon moved to the Toluca Lake neighborhood of Los Angeles in 2016.
The Emmy-winning actress has made appearances in films such as “The Help,” “Prisoners,” and “Ender’s Game” along with runs on TV shows such as “United States of Tara” and “Law & Order: Special Victims Unit.”
Tennon is known for movies like “Dazed and Confused,” Small Soldiers,” and “Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice.”
