Retired MLB outfielder Johnny Damon has sold his longtime waterfront estate in Windermere, Florida, for $1.7 million after initially listing the property for $2.35 million in early 2015.

The 5,066-square-foot home holds four bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms and offers sweeping views of picturesque Lake Butler.

Luxury amenities of the estate include a bowling alley, a tennis court, a glass-enclosed swimming pool and spa, an entertainment theater, a dock and boathouse, and an eight-car garage.

Damon purchased the house for just $1.15 million back in 2003.

Damon retired in 2012 after an 18-year career. The two-time All-Star outfielder is most known for his role as a key piece in helping both the Boston Red Sox and New York Yankees win World Series championships in 2004 and 2009, respectively. He also played for the Kansas City Royals, Oakland Athletics, Detroit Tigers, Tampa Bay Rays, and Cleveland Indians.
