Lauren Conrad of “The Hills” fame has placed her somewhat recently purchased Pacific Palisades home back on the market for $5.2 million.
Conrad bought the 5,900-square-foot, Mediterranean-style house in April of 2015 and has made several changes to improve the residence since.
The five-bedroom, 5.5-bathroom house offers vaulted ceilings, ensuite bedrooms, a chef’s kitchen, and a dining room with a butler’s pantry.
Outside, there is a lagoon-style pool and a pair of lounging patios.
Conrad is also the author of the “L.A. Candy” series of books and also has quite an extensive list of Southern California homes under her ownership. She owns a pair of houses in her native Laguna Beach, a home in Brentwood that she dropped $3.65 million for in 2013, and a penthouse duplex unit in Beverly Hills that she paid $1.35 million for in 2012.
