Penthouse IV in the historic 1885-built, Albert Wagner-designed Romanesque Revival-style Puck Building in the Nolita neighborhood of Manhattan has landed back on the market with a $35-million asking price.

Situated in the building that is both a New York City Landmark and on the U.S. National Register of Historic Places, the unit in question is one of six penthouses in the Puck Building and measures in at 6,000 square feet.

The penthouse boasts four bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms and offers a loft-style living room with floor-to-ceiling windows. The space also includes a media room with a home theater, a modern chef’s kitchen, and 2,000-square-foot terrace complete with a custom fountain, a hot tub, and a waterproof outdoor television.

Amenities of the Puck Building include a full-time doorman and concierge service, in-residence service, and exclusive catering from the Chef’s Club.

Another penthouse, Penthouse II, in the Puck Building sold last February for $28 million, about $7 million less than its asking price.

The Puck building is owned by Kushner Companies, whose CEO is Ivanka Trump’s husband, Jared Kushner.
