Retired MLB pitcher Kevin Appier is looking to offload his 185-acre ranch dubbed Wea Creek Ranch outside of pastoral Paola, Kansas, for $4.5 million.

The massive estate holds an 8,500-square-foot log-cabin-style mansion, multiple ponds, and horse and cattle facilities.

The custom-built, Douglas-fir log main house boasts five bedrooms and seven bathrooms in addition to features like exposed beams, custom woodwork window frames, and stonework throughout the home.

Summing up the beauty of the home is a stunning great room that holds a two-story tall, floor-to-ceiling fireplace set into a wall of glass that offers views of the tree-lined backyard and the property’s main 17-acre private, fish-stocked picturesque pond.

Outdoors, there is also a massive seven-stall horse barn perfect to house the steed that will roam the many horse trails on the acreage.

Appier has owned Wea Creek Ranch for over 20 years, and the adjoining 245 acres are also up for grabs.

Appier retired in 2004 after making his MLB debut in 1989. He played for the Kansas City Royals, New York Mets, and Anaheim Angels, winning a World Series with the latter in 2002.
