Longtime music producer and executive Ron Fair and his wife, singer and actress Stefanie Ridel, recently decided to switch Brentwoods with the news of their $3.075 million purchase of a 1.12-acre property in the Brentwood neighborhood just outside of Nashville, Tennessee.

Fair and Ridel will seemingly be leaving their home in the Brentwood neighborhood of Los Angeles, which they recently put up for sale, in favor of a 12,223-square-foot red brick Colonial-style mansion in Music City.

Situated on a small knoll on the manicured property, the manse holds six bedrooms, six full bathrooms, and two half baths throughout its three floors.

The home also holds a massive 29-foot formal living room, a wood-paneled library, a great room with a center-island kitchen and bar, and a formal dining room with faux-gilded moldings and a bespoke ceiling detail.

Other amenities of the new Fair-Ridel estate include a basement with a pub space complete with a walk-in wet bar and lounge, a walk-in wine cellar, a home theater, and an ensuite bedroom. There is also another 1,365-square-foot living space that could serve as a home office, studio, or fitness room that is part of the attached four-car garage.

Fair is famous for his work with high-revenue artists and groups such as the Black Eyed Peas, Mary J. Blige, Christina Aguilera, and Lady Gaga, to name a few.
