Record producer and hip-hop star Big Sean recently unloaded his Hollywood Hills West home for $1.925 million.

The home is a three-story, Mediterranean-style home that “Big Sean” scooped up for $1.675 million just three years ago. It holds five bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms

Situated on a hillside plot, the 2006-built residence boasts a blend of hardwood and stone floors, a modern kitchen, a living room complete with a fireplace, and a room that has been converted into a recording studio inside of its 4.235 square feet.

The lot boasts canyon and cityscape views, especially from the plethora of balconies and patios that extend from the rear of the property.

Big Sean recently released his third studio album, “Dark Sky Paradise,” last year. He is also a featured member of Justin Bieber’s Grammy nominated album “Purpose.”
