Actress and stand-up comedian Amy Schumer has unloaded her fourth-floor penthouse in the Upper West Side of New York City to an unknown buyer for an undisclosed asking price.
The last listed price for the “Trainwreck” star’s 850-square-foot, full-floor unit was $1.625 million.
With one-bedroom and 1.5 bathrooms, the unit is located in a co-op brownstone building built at the turn of the 20th century and located less than a block away from the Museum of Natural History.
Features of Schumer’s soon-to-be former space include honey-hued hardwood floors, a fireplace with built-in bookshelves, and a small-but-updated kitchen with high-end appliances.
Schumer recently landed a $12.147-million, 4,500-square-foot duplex apartment in another penthouse space in a pre-war building on the Upper West Side.
The 11-time Emmy-nominated star of her own show, “Inside Amy Schumer,” also recently purchased the family farm that was lost when her father faced financial hardship following his diagnosis with MS.
