NBA veteran power forward Carlos Boozer has listed his gated, acre-lot property in Pinecrest, Florida, for $3.95 million.

The Mediterranean-style home sits behind palm trees and a tropically landscaped front lawn and measures in at 7,250 square feet. The mansion holds seven bedrooms, 8.5 bathrooms, and custom features such as marble floors and custom ceiling work throughout the house.

One standout room is a chef’s kitchen with a stone countertop island and top-of-the-line appliances. This space leads to a breakfast nook and family room that boasts a tray ceiling.

Other amenities of the property include a 16-camera Creston security setup, a stunning master bedroom and bathroom, a media room, and a one-bedroom, one-bathroom guesthouse.

Outside there is a basketball court, a bespoke pool and spa, more palm trees, a covered bar, an outdoor kitchen with a barbecue, and a beach area that includes a fire pit.

Boozer starred at Duke and won an NCAA Championship with the school before going onto to play in the Association for the Cleveland Cavaliers, Utah Jazz, Chicago Bulls, and Los Angeles Lakers. The 35-year-old two-time NBA All-Star now plays for the Guangdong Southern Tigers in China.
