DJ, singer, and songwriter Samantha Ronson has offloaded her bungalow-style home in Santa Monica, California, for the asking price of $1.299 million.
Ronson’s former home was built in 1926 and measures in at an apartment-size 1,170 square feet. The house includes a modern galley-style kitchen, a living room space that boasts a fireplace, and a pair of bedrooms and bathrooms
The exterior of the home comes with an outdoor fireplace, benches, and picnic tables perfect for lounging the day away.
It took exactly one month of being on the market for the Santa Monica bungalow to sell. Ronson had purchased the home just four years ago for $810,000.
The 39-year-old DJ is famous for songs such as “If It’s Gonna Rain” and “Pull My Hair Out.” Her 2004 song “Built This Way” was featured in the now-cult classic movie “Mean Girls.” Recently Ronson and her new band, Ocean Park Standoff, released its debut track “Good News.”
