South Korean pop icon Psy of “Gangnam Style” fame and his wife, Hye-Yeon Yoo, have parted ways with their unit in the Blair House found in the Westwood neighborhood of Los Angeles for $1.995 million.

The fourth-floor condo space in the full-service 1989-built Blair House building comes with bespoke features such as hardwood and marble flooring, an upgraded kitchen with a unique backsplash, and walls of windows that allow for natural light and offer views of the city.

The three-bedroom, two-bathroom unit measures in at 2,800 square feet and also includes a dining room, a living room, and a den. A pair of private balconies also comes with the unit, offering outdoor lounging and dining space.

Psy purchased the Blair House unit four years ago for a shade under $1.25 million.

Now 38 years old, Psy released his seventh studio album, “Chiljib Psy-Da,” last year. His “Gangnam Style” music video has over 2.7 billion hits on YouTube, landing the pop star several Guinness world records.
