An LLC belonging to CEO and founder of Dell Technologies, Michael Dell, recently dished out $10.9 million for the lavish penthouse in Boston’s Millennium Tower.

Situated in Boston’s Downtown Crossing, the Millennium Tower’s penthouse is on the 59th floor and holds three bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms.

Amenities of the apartment include floor-to-ceiling windows in every room, a gas fireplace, a combination of wide-plank wood and marble floors, a private terrace, and two of the building’s parking spaces.

The Millennium Tower includes doormen, 24-hour concierge service, a fitness center, a lap pool, and a screening room. Residents of the new luxury tower just began moving in this past July.

While Dell will still call his birth state of Texas his home and will maintain his residence there, purchasing the Boston penthouse comes as no surprise seeing as Dell acquired Hopkinton, Massachusetts-based EMC Corporation for $67 billion this past September. As a result, EMC has been renamed Dell EMC and likely requires the tech titan’s hands-on focus.
