The lurching and boisterous half of magic comedian act Penn & Teller, Penn Jillette, has offloaded his Las Vegas, Nevada, home dubbed “The Slammer” for $1.88 million.

The colorful house built in 1982 sits on around nine acres of land and has undergone expansion by Jillette during his longtime ownership of the property.

Measuring in at 7,900 square feet, the home holds seven bedrooms and eight bathrooms and is chuck full of interesting furnishings such as cheetah print carpeting and brightly colored walls, making the interior feel as magical as the exterior.

Jillette’s former house also includes a recording studio, a 14-seat movie theater, a lap swimming pool, a spa, and a large clock tower complete with a neon sign giving the name of the property.

The 61-year-old Jillette has worked with Raymond Teller and performed as Penn & Teller since the 1970s.  The duo currently have the series “Penn & Teller: Fool Us,” which was recently renewed for a fourth season by The CW.
