Actor Jackson Hurst recently dropped $1.4 million to buy a gated property and its 3,200-square foot home in the Valley Village neighborhood of Los Angeles.

The five-bedroom, five-bathroom house boasts a Mediterranean-theme. It comes with a modern-appliance appointed kitchen, a family room, formal dining and living rooms, and a traditional aethetic thanks to crown moldings and French doors.

Outside is lawn space, a rock waterfall feature, and a spa for outdoor entertaining.

The home last sold for $865,000 in 2014.

Hurst is famous for his part in the six-season run on the show “Drop Dead Diva” and recently joined the show “NCIS: Los Angeles” earlier this season. He also starred in the film “Day of Reckoning” that came out this year and just completed starring in the upcoming action-thriller “Wraith.”
