INXS bassist Garry Beers recently shelled out $1.69 million for a new home in a gated community in Tarzana, California.
Built in 1977, the French country-style house is situated on around half an acre. Measuring in at 3,800 square feet, the five bedroom, 4.5 bathroom home boasts formal dining and living rooms, a modern kitchen, and a family room with a wet bar.
The property also holds a swimming pool and spa with a waterfall feature, a pavilion with a built-in barbecue, and a tennis court.
Beers is part of the original INXS core and also served as a songwriter and producer for the band. Popular INXS songs include “The One Thing,” “What You Need,” and “Suicide Blonde.”
