Legendary comedian and actor Don Rickles has decided to move on from his Malibu, California, home in the Point Dume neighborhood, listing it for $8 million.
Built in 1968, the four-bedroom, 5.5-bathroom house appears as if it were new and is set at the end of a long driveway on the gated property.
The home features wide-plank hardwood flooring, ocean views from multiple points in the home, a deck with a barbecue island, and an office with ensuite guest quarters.
Rickles’ one-acre-and-change-property also comes with a tennis court, a pool with a spa, and deeded beach rights to Little Dume Beach.
The 90-year-old Rickles purchased the estate 10 years ago and cites his busy touring schedule as the reason for selling the house.
