“The Office” star Brian Baumgartner, perhaps best known to all for masterfully playing the role of Kevin on the show, has offloaded his Traditional-style house in Los Angeles’ famed Los Feliz neighborhood for $2.475 million.

Baumgartner purchased the 3,070-square-foot, 1940s-built home almost 10 years ago for $1.91 million.

The four-bedroom, 3.75-bathroom house also holds a family room, an office, a formal dining room, a French-country-esque kitchen, and a step-down living room with a marble fireplace.

Outside there is a covered, paved patio space with a built-in barbecue and wet bar. There is also a swimming pool and a separate lounging area to enjoy LA sunshine.

Baumgartner played the role of Kevin Malone on “The Office” throughout the popular sitcom’s nine-season, 188-episode run. The jolly accountant also won a Daytime Emmy award in 2007 for his part in companion webisodes for “The Office,” and “The Office: Accountants.”

In 2016, Baumgartner has made guest appearances on “The Goldbergs,” “Chicago Fire,” and “Scream Queens.”
