Television super producer Caryn Mandabach is looking to offload her long-owned gated and nearly one-acre estate in Pacific Palisades, California, for $12.5 million.

The 1985-built contemporary-style main house holds seven bedrooms and 9.5 bathrooms across nearly 7,000 square feet. There is also a guesthouse and a pair of two-car garages found on Mandabach’s parcel.

Also inside the massive main house are formal dining and living rooms, with the latter housing a fireplace, a kitchen complete with a walk-in pantry, a family room, and a library.

Views range all the way to the ocean on the upper level of the home, with the more immediate scenery being the pristinely kept golf course of the Riviera Country Club.

The outdoor space includes a swimming pool and spa between the guesthouse and the main house that seems to get its water from a waterfall cascading over boulders right next to the pool. There is also a wide, covered patio meant for entertaining that allows for al fresco dining and lounging with the comforts of the indoors just feet away.

Mandabach’s producing chops includes hit shows “The Cosby Show,” “Roseanne,” “Grace Under Fire,” “Cybill,” “3rd Rock from the Sun,” “That ‘70s Show,” and “Grounded for Life.” Her Caryn Mandabach Productions is also responsible for the Showtime hit “Nurse Jackie” and the BBC post-World War I period series set in Birmingham, England, “Peaky Blinders,” which airs on Netflix.

Mandabach is set to make a nice chunk of change on the Pacific Palisades estate should she earn her asking price. She purchased the estate for $3.925 million back in 1994. The hit-making producer also owns an apartment in the Noho neighborhood of lower Manhattan that she snatched up for $695,000 in 2007.
