“Full House” creator, producer Jeff Franklin, has purchased the iconic house from “Full House” in San Francisco’s Lower Pacific Heights neighborhood.

The property had been listed for $4.15 million this past May. Franklin snatched it up in a recent deal for about $4 million.

The 1883-built home boasts four bedrooms and four bathrooms, and the best news of all for fans of the popular 90s sitcom is that Franklin has plans to make the interior seem like the Tanner family from “Full House” actually lives in the house.

“The house came on the market and really, I just thought, I have to buy this house,” Franklin divulged to The Hollywood Reporter. “I’m so sentimental about the house. It’s great to have the house in our ‘Full House’ family and be able to preserve it for the fans.”

Should Franklin not choose to re-do the home in “Full House” style, his new digs will still be pretty fashionable with classic, beautiful furnishings throughout the entire home.

News of Franklin buying the “Full House” home comes just in time for the Dec. 9th Netflix release of season two of the spin-off series “Fuller House.” The spin-off is centered around the two older Tanner sisters and their best friend Kimmy Gibbler, portrayed by Candace Cameron Bure, Jodie Sweetin, and Andrea Barber.
