Former Los Angeles Rams quarterback Jim Everett has listed his Mediterranean-style house on the golf course of the Marbella Country Club in San Juan Capistrano, California, for $1.575 million.
Measuring in at 4,100 square feet, the four-bedroom, 3.25-bathroom home holds a living room with a fireplace, a formal dining room, a large kitchen with a center island, and a formal dining room with a wine cellar.
A large trellis covers an al fresco dining area in the backyard immediately off of the house. A spacious patio surrounded by lawns and palm trees completes the back yard, while the other side of the house opens up to a fairway on the golf course.
Everett purchased the property just off the Marbella Country Club three years ago for $1.5 million.
The 53-year-old former NFL pro played for the Rams from 1986-1993 before the team moved to St. Louis. He also played with the San Diego Chargers and New Orleans Saints before retiring in 1997.
