By far the most expensive listing in New York’s Nassau County has hit the market in the form of an 8-acre palatial compound in Kings Point that comes with an $85-million price tag.

The future owner will not get one, but three mansions on the property that combine for a total of 60,000 square feet of living space. Outside of the main house, the two additional manses currently serve as guesthouses.

Amenities include a tennis court, a bowling alley, a casino, a shooting range, multiple pools, statues, marble works, stunning courtyards, and beautiful landscaping.

The waterfront estate also comes with views of New York City across the water. The compound looks more like it would be found in an English or French countryside than Long Island.

The massive compound last sold for a mere $15.85 million in 2013. The current owner gave the entire estate a massive overhaul with upgrades and restorations throughout.

Should the massive and well-appointed property fetch its $85 million asking price, it will go down in the record books as the most expensive sale in Nassau County.
