Soon-to-be First Daughter of the United States Ivanka Trump has listed her apartment at 502 Park Avenue, which is a Trump building, for $4.1 million.

Trump bought the 1,549-square-foot space for $1.5 million in 2004. In 2015, she transferred the rights to the condo to an LLC she controls. Holding two bedrooms and two bathrooms, the apartment features a corner living and dining room and a chef’s kitchen.

Trump also owns a penthouse unit in the same Park Avenue building that the President-Elect’s daughter snatched up in 2011 for $16 million.

Trump is rumored to be moving to Washington D.C. with her husband, real estate developer Jared Kushner, in order to be closer to the White House.
