Main Street in Dallas is the original home to Neiman Marcus’ first-ever boutique location, and as the neighborhood goes through a modern urban renaissance, Forty Five Ten has decided to call the area home with a new 37,000-square-foot flagship location.

Forty Five Ten president and co-founder Brian Bolke chose Droese Raney Architecture to design the new storefront, which boasts four stories of space.

The new space will include a fine jewelry store, a beauty section, and a shoe shop, and that is just on the first floor. The new Forty Five Ten store will also feature what has been dubbed the Copper Bar, which will serve espressos, champagne, and Thomas Keller chocolates. A fourth-floor restaurant that will be managed by Joule Hotel is also set to open in the flagship location.

There will also be men’s and women’s floors that have been furnished by Knoll furniture and will be run by Nick Wooster and Taylor Tomasi Hill. Other fine furnishing pieces include works from Charles Pollack, Frank Gehry, and even chairs from Warren Platner’s 1966 collection.

Topping off the features of the new store is Anthony Howe’s “Lucea,” a 25-foot kinetic wind sculpture that is inspired by the power of the sun.
