Another cast member of the “Real Housewives” franchise of reality television shows, Lea Black, and her attorney-to-the-famous husband, Roy Black, have listed their Hollywood Hills West home for $2.895 million.

The renovated 1959-built Midcentury modern home measures in at 3,536 square feet and boasts thrilling views through floor-to-ceiling windows of downtown and the ocean, with even Santa Catalina Island off the coast of Los Angeles visible on a clear day.

Holding four bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, the home features a tier-seating home theater with its own snack bar, a family room complete with a wet bar, and spacious dining and living rooms.

The “Real Housewives of Miami” reality star isn’t the only “Real Housewives” cast mate to have made rumblings in the real estate market lately.

Kelly Dodd of “Real Housewives of Orange County” and Stephanie Hollman of “Real Housewives of Dallas” both have had homes on the market in the L.A. area of late, with the latter recently offloading her Venice, California, home for $5.61 million. Lisa Vanderpump of “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” fame also just snatched up a West Hollywood condominium for $630,000.
