Naomi Altholz, the daughter of billionaire real estate mogul Axel Stawski, has listed her uniquely decorated condo on the Upper East Side of Manhattan at East 83rd Street for $6.9 million.

The unit is comprised of two, possibly three, bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms throughout 3,350 square feet.

The lavishly decorated apartment features bright colors on the walls and printed rugs and pillows all over the pad. There’s even a black chandelier fit into the design aesthetic.

Altholz unloaded two other units in the same building last year.

She also owns a large real estate holding in the form of an office building on Third Avenue that she purchased for $75 million in 2010. Altholz is married to real estate developer Andre Altholz, the owner of Monopolis Frankfurt GmbH.
