Actress and comedian Rosie O’Donnell has listed her waterfront home on 1.02 acres in West Palm Beach, Florida, for $6.05 million.

O’Donnell dropped $4.795 million for the property during the summer of 2015 but is now ready to move on from the home and its many luxe amenities.

The 5,700-square-foot home holds six bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms. There is also a private guesthouse with its own kitchen, lounge, and a bedroom with an ensuite bathroom.

The home features stunning views of the Intercoastal Waterway from a cavernous double-height living room boasting a wall of windows. The house also includes a dining room, a modern and well-appointed kitchen, and a family room that has built-in bookshelves and opens up to the side yard.
