Another house belonging to the late, great Christian Audigier of Von Dutch and Ed Hardy clothing labels fame has hit the open market. This particular home is a 1920s English Tudor found in Los Angeles’ storied Windsor Square neighborhood that has been listed for $3.299 million.

Measuring in at 3,300 square feet, the home boasts a blend of era-specific finishes and contemporary updates, which can be directly seen in the formal living room with its rolled ceiling and centerpiece chandelier that leads into the formal dining room.

The iconic fashion designer’s former house boasts a pair of master suites and has a total of five bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms.

Outside there is a walkway surrounded by raised garden beds that leads to a two-story guest house that has its own kitchen. There is also a deck that doubles as a dining area and a swimming pool with a spa rounding out the rest of the space on the quarter-acre property.

Audigier passed away last year at the age of 57. He sold the Ed Hardy brand for $62 million in 2011.

Two of Audigier’s other L.A.-area properties have been offloaded recently, including a Spanish-style estate in Hancock Park that was let go for $1.657 million and second a Topanga property that was listed for $1.995 million and has a sale pending.
