Eight-time Emmy Award nominated producer Gavin Polone recently dished out $1.95 million for a mid-century ranch-style house at the end of a calming cul-de-sac in the Beverly Hills Post Office area.

Situated just off the upper stretch of Coldwater Canyon Drive, the single-story California home measures in at 2,700 square feet and holds three bedrooms and three bathrooms.

The house also features formal dining and living rooms, an eat-in kitchen, a den with a grand stone fireplace and built-in bookcases, and a loggia that leads to a quaint but well-planted backyard.

Polone also purchased the house right next door to his new digs earlier in 2016 for $1.87 million. It is unknown what he plans to do with the duo of properties.

The former agent turned producer is responsible for movies such as “Zombieland” and “Panic Room.” Polone is best known for his work with Larry David as one of the producers of the hit show “Curb Your Enthusiasm.” He is also credited as a producer for the cult-favorite show “Gilmore Girls.”
