San Francisco 49ers quarterback Colin Kaepernick has offered up his San Jose home for $2.895 million.
Measuring in at 4,600 square feet, Kaepernick’s house underwent intensive remodeling during his short ownership of the property, which he purchased in 2007 for $2.7 million.
Custom wood floors, a wall aquarium, modern lighting and fixtures, wood paneling, and a leather-wrapped bar are just a few of the amenities that create a modern yet classic vibe throughout the four-bedroom, 5.5-bathroom home.
The exterior of the home is hedged and fenced in to ensure privacy and boasts a swimming pool featuring a spa and a waterfall.
Kaepernick is currently the starting quarterback for San Francisco after sitting behind Blaine Gabbert at the start of the season. He caused controversy by not standing for the National Anthem. A string of copycat incidents ensued and saw a number of players at all levels not standing at the traditional opening to sporting events.
