A few Los Angeles-area real estate moves have been made by members of the “Real Housewives” franchise recently.
First, Stephanie Hollman of “The Real Housewives of Dallas” fame has just sold a renovated Venice, California, home for $5.61 million. The final price is almost $4 million more than Hollman and her husband, Dallas-based businessman Travis Hollman, spent to purchase the Venice house, pictured below, about two years ago.
Venice-based homebuilder Kim Gordon renovated the 4,572-square-foot home for the Hollmans. The five-bedroom property boasts massive steel-framed windows to create a level of indoor-outdoor living, bespoke woodwork, modern appointments, a glass-and-wood staircase, and a rooftop patio.
The other “Real Housewives” L.A.-market move was made by Lisa Vanderpump of the shows “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” and the spinoff series “Vanderpump Rules.”
She dropped $630,000 for a two-bedroom condominium in West Hollywood. The upscale, 1,000-square-foot unit boasts a pair of freshly renovated bathrooms, a variety of tilework, a modern kitchen, a living room complete with a fireplace, and two parking spots.
