Oscar-nominated composer Marco Beltrami recently dropped $4.75 million to get his talented hands on a well-appointed home in the Pacific Palisades neighborhood of Los Angeles.

Featuring five bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, the 2000-built Traditional-style home boasts a picket-fenced front yard and wide crown moldings along with a modern vibe using top-of-the-line materials.

Matte-finished, hand-scraped hardwood floors run throughout the home and into formal dining and living rooms. The kitchen features stark white cabinets paired with slab marble countertops and marble flooring to go with modern stainless steel appliances.

The exterior of the home includes an outdoor dining area, an outdoor kitchen, a sunbathing space, and a plunge-worthy swimming pool.

Beltrami was nominated twice for the Best Achievement in Music Written for Motion Pictures and Original Score at the Academy Awards for his work on the movies “3:10 to Yuma” and “The Hurt Locker.” The New York-born composer has also worked on top-grossing films such as “Scream,” “I, Robot,” and “World War Z,” to name a few.
