Italian brand Montegrappa has made some magnificent writing utensils over the years, and its new Chiron pen, based on the Bugatti supercar with the same name, only continues this tradition.
Just like Bugatti uses fine materials and craftsmanship to create its $2.65 million Chiron supercar, Montegrappa has used only the best to create its Chiron pen.
Boasting a carbon fiber barrel paired with an anodized aluminum cap and barrel end, the Chiron pen boasts a trio of unique features that make the Chiron pen special. The first is the quilted engraving pattern on the barrel that mimics Bugatti’s upholstery design.
Montegrappa has also given the Chiron fountain pen an 18k gold nib that boasts the Bugatti logo, so all will know exactly what the writing device is supposed to represent.
The last subtle nod comes in the form of a signature clip that resembles the console of Bugatti’s Chiron.
