Chinese actress and singer Li Bingbing has quickly split ties with her Brentwood-neighborhood home in Los Angeles, with the multi-level traditional sitting on the market for less than a month.

Bingbing accepted $2.75 million for the 5,800 square foot home situated in a gated community in Brentwood after listing it for $2.98 million in late October. The actress paid $2.43 million for the 1991-built property three years ago.

The home boasts five bedrooms, 6.5 bathrooms, inlaid wood flooring in the formal living room, a wood-paneled library, a dining room, and a family room. Other amenities include a gym, sauna, and wet bar in the finished basement, a gated courtyard in the front entrance, and a spacious deck in the backyard that offers views of the golf course.

Bingbing came to fame in her premiere role in the Chinese movie “Seventeen Years,” which she won the best actress award for at the Singapore Film Festival. She has also been in movies like “Resident Evil: Retribution” and “Transformers: Age of Extinction,” and she also will feature in the upcoming Kelsey Grammer film, “Nest.”
