Pop star and musical heartthrob Jason Derulo has finally unloaded his Coconut Creek home for $1.95 million.

Derulo first listed the Florida mansion for $2.9 million back in June of 2015, and while beautiful, it took nearly a $1-million price cut to sell the 11,514-square-foot home.

Set on 2.5 acres, the gated estate boasts plenty of luxurious amenities. The main home holds seven bedrooms, an office, and a game room, in addition to a guesthouse and a pool with a waterfall found elsewhere on the property.

After purchase, the “Whatcha Say” singer conducted a thorough renovation, adding luxe elements like marble floors, a full gym, and a mirrored dance studio, where the artist often prepared for his tours.

Derulo recently relocated to the Los Angeles area after purchasing a $3.5-million home in the city of Tarzana.
