“Veronica Mars” creator Rob Thomas has dished out $4,009,075 to snatch up a recently renovated traditional house in Encino, California.
Situated on a gated plot measuring in a little over a third of an acre, the 7,800-square-foot, two-story home boasts massive windows and open interior spaces.
The home holds a formal dining room, a formal living room, and a kitchen that includes a large center island with seating and a wet bar. The living room also includes a drop-down projection screen for entertainment.
There are a total of six bedrooms and six bathrooms, with an impressive master suite that includes a pair of walk-in closets and a large rain shower.
Outside, there is plenty of space and amenities to enjoy, with a built-in barbecue, a sports court, and a swimming pool.
Thomas has also worked on the revamped version “90210,” “Party Down,” “iZombie,” and the “Veronica Mars” movie based on the 2004 TV show with the same title.
