Charles Pollock made a return to the design world in 2012 after a 47-year absence with a lineup of products for Bernhardt Design.
The famed designer continued his collaboration with Bernhardt and had begun to develop a new series for the U.S.-based company, but he passed away unexpectedly in 2013 before he could see it launch.
Now Bernhardt has honored Pollock with the release of his last-ever collection, “Finale.”
Pollock’s final collection comes with a sofa and club chair, and joining these new items are re-releases of his previous works with the option of a special edition matte black finish.
The sharp-lined structures are made from stainless steel in finish options of polished, brushed, or matte black. Sitting atop the steel is a box-shaped outer shell completed in a darker fabric in a variety of colors, with the plush interior cushions upholstered in either a contrasting or similarly colored fabric.
