Olympic gold-medal winner Steve Yzerman has just listed his Florida home for $3.6 million.

If you’re unfamiliar with Yzerman, his resume is long: Olympic gold medalist, Hockey Hall of Famer, former Detroit Red Wings Captain, and Tampa Bay Lightning general manager.

While hockey is certainly Yzerman’s main focus, he’s recently turned his attention toward unloading his 6,265-square-foot, 2007-built Tampa mansion located in the Davis Islands neighborhood.

When entering the home, guests are greeted by a marble entryway before continuing on to enjoy custom woodwork and vaulted ceilings in nearly every room. Perfect for entertaining, the home boasts a temperature-controlled wine cellar and a large chef’s kitchen complete with stainless steel appliances, custom cabinetry, and a butler’s pantry.

In addition to a ground-floor master suite with hardwood floors, a walk-in closet, and a tiered-tray ceiling, the new owners will surely enjoy the home theater for six, the large veranda overlooking the pool and spa, a game room, and 168 feet of waterfront complete with a dock and boatlift.

Helping to bring home three Stanley Cups, Yzerman is one of the most popular athletes to come out of Detroit.
