“She’s All That” actress Rachael Leigh Cook has offloaded her Hollywood Hills, California, home of over two decades for $3.064 million.

Called Vila das Flores, the 1930s-built traditional-style home is situated behind walls and gates. The private compound also features an attached guesthouse.

Vila das Flores measures in at 3,050 square feet and holds four bedrooms, formal dining and living rooms, a den, and an updated modernized kitchen.

Outside there are various gardens, fountains, patios, and a blue-tiled spa to enjoy in the backyard. There is also a two-car garage fit just off the entrance of the home.

Cook purchased the property at the height of her career in 1999 for $1.075 million. She was also a star in movies such as “Josie and the Pussycats,” “Antitrust,” and “Get Carter.” The 37-year-old also has found fame on TV shows like “Psych,” “Robot Chicken,” and “Perception.”
