Head coach of the U.S. Men’s National Soccer team Jurgen Klinsmann has finally offloaded his Newport Beach, California, home for $2 million.
Klinsmann had listed his Newport Heights home for $2.399 million and then $2.099 million earlier this year before finalizing a sale. He purchased the property for $1.476 million just four years ago.
The home measures in at 3,000 square feet and holds formal dining and living rooms, a family room and a modernized kitchen with a grand total of four bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms.
Outside the home on the corner lot property is a large patio, beautiful landscaping, mature trees, and a two-car garage. The front entry boasts a flagstone pathway and a covered porch leading to the Dutch front door.
Klinsmann was a star of the West Germany and Germany soccer teams, winning a FIFA World Cup for the former in 1990. He has been the U.S. soccer coach since 2011.
