Actress and supermodel Amber Valletta has listed her 1927-built home situated in the ritzy North of Montana neighborhood of Santa Monica, California, for $5 million.

Valletta purchased the home in 2001 for $1.65 million, meaning she’ll see an amazing return on the property should the asking price be achieved. The median price of a home in the area is $3.6 million, but the $5-million listing is far below the $16.5 million a mansion is listed for down the street.
