Andy Roddick and Brooklyn Decker have put their Blue Ridge Mountain retreat up for sale. The four-bedroom home, which sits on 2.76 acres on Silver Springs Lake in North Carolina, has an adjusted price of $2.75 million, down from the initial listing price of $3 million.

Located within award-winning golf club Wade Hampton, the 2013 custom-built home is filled with reclaimed, antique timber and natural stone, and commands lovely views of the lake and mountains; the Nantahala River, a natural playground, is nearby. The living room boasts a cathedral ceiling and a dual-room fireplace that also opens into the dining room/kitchen. The Carolina porch offers a kitchenette with grille, and the master suite, located on the first floor, contains a loft with ‘secret’ sitting room and business alcove.  The kitchen and master bath feature gold fixtures. The guestrooms are shiplap-cozy; one, a double occupant, features suspended beds. Roddick and his wife Brooklyn Decker are marketing the house due to space issues; the birth of son Hank heralds a growing family.

Andy Roddick, the gifted Grand Slam champ who took the 2003 U.S. Open title, retired from professional play in 2012, at the age of 30. He has appeared on numerous talk shows, including ‘Late Show with David Letterman’ and ‘Late Night with Conan O’Brien’; he made a guest appearance on ‘Sabrina the Teenage Witch’ and made valuable contributions to ‘Fox Sports Live.’ His wife Brooklyn Decker is a model-turned-actress.  She took the female lead in ‘Battleship’ (2011), and joined the ensemble of ‘What to Expect When You’re Expecting’ (2012).
