The 2004-built Brentwood home belonging to Starz president and CEO Chris Albrecht has seen a $1.5-million price cut and is now listed at $7.5 million.

The Mediterranean-style house measures in at 7,000 square feet and is situated on a half-acre plot at the back end of a gated street. The pint-sized mansion holds six bedrooms, six full bathrooms, and a pair of half baths.

Albrecht purchased the property in 2005 for $5.6 million. The TV magnate also owns a decently sized apartment in a full-service building in Midtown Manhattan that he snapped up for $1.77 million in 2007.
