Australian NBA point guard Matthew Dellavedova recently made a real estate splash in the form of a $1.36 million Tudor-style home in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, on Lake Michigan.

Dellavedova joined the Milwaukee Bucks before this season on a four-year, $38.4-million contract after completing a sign-and-trade deal with the Cleveland Cavaliers that allowed the Bucks to earn the services of the hardworking guard.

The renovated 1934-built home sits on about half of an acre in the Shorewood suburb of Milwaukee, and it measures in at 3,725 square feet and holds five bedrooms, three full bathrooms, and two half-baths.

Dellavedova’s home features an open floor plan, bespoke wood and metalwork, original arched doorways, hardwood floors, and multiple built-ins. There are also picture windows on the lower level of the house that offer views of Lake Michigan. Views of the lake can also be found in the sitting area and manicured lawn located just behind the property.

The home also comes with a mud room featuring heated tiles, lockers, and a second refrigerator that will come in handy during the rough Wisconsin winters. The basement has been turned into a carpeted recreational room with wood paneling, a fireplace, and plenty of space for Dellavedova to turn it into a man cave or entertainment room.

Dellavedova came stateside to play for Saint Mary’s College in Northern California where he had his number retired and graduated as the school’s all-time leading scorer. The 26-year-old went undrafted and joined the Cavaliers in 2013. During his time in Cleveland, he was a key cog in the machine that made back-to-back NBA Finals appearances, including taking home the title last season.
