Argentinian NBA guard Manu Ginobili has listed his longtime home in San Antonio, Texas, for $2 million, the same city where the two-time All-Star has helped lead the Spurs to four NBA Championships.
Built in 2004, Ginobili’s single-story house spans 6,185 square feet and holds four bedrooms and four full bathrooms with exposed wood ceiling beams, a game room, multiple fireplaces, and a grand circular kitchen.
The exterior includes a well-maintained backyard with a pool, a lily pond, and a stone path that leads to a simple, yet beautiful wine cellar fashioned in the same Mediterranean style as the rest of the home.
Ginobili has been a member of the Spurs since coming to the NBA in 2002. The 39-year-old guard is currently at the tail end of his career. He will most likely end up retiring as a member of the Spurs.
