Nickelodeon and Viacom Media Networks president Cyma Zarghami and her husband, stage manager George Obergfoll, have listed their New York City apartment for $7.6 million.
The pre-war co-op measures in at 3,500 square feet and holds five bedrooms and three bathrooms. The apartment features a formal dining room, a butler’s pantry, and views of the Hudson River.
The only indicator that this space belonged to the Nickelodeon president is in the form of a bright green bench, very similar to the color of the “slime” specific to the children’s network, situated in the kitchen. The rest of the Zarghami-Obergfoll apartment is well appointed as shown in the listing pictures.
Zarghami and Obergfoll purchased the apartment for $5.4 million back in 2006. Zarghami began her career with Nickelodeon in 1985 as a scheduling clerk and slowly but surely moved up the ranks, being named the president of the popular cable network in 2004.
