Despite failing to offload their Ojai, California, home after a $1 million price cut and almost a year on the open market, Emily Blunt and her actor husband John Krasinski were able to ditch their quaint 3,483-square-foot home in the Hollywood Hills neighborhood of Los Angeles for $3.505 million.

The Hollywood couple purchased the four-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom home located at the end of a cul-de-sac for $2.575 million in 2014. Some of the impressive spaces include a large eat-in kitchen with matte black countertops and stark white cabinetry, a spacious living room with exposed ceiling beams, an office/library with built-ins, and a separate den/media lounge area.

Out back, there is a covered outdoor living room with flagstones, a rose garden, a swimming pool with a spa, and sweeping views of the local canyon, city, and mountains.

Last year the Blunt-Krasinskis left Hollywood to move to a $6 million townhouse in Brooklyn’s famed Park Slope neighborhood.

Blunt can currently be found on the silver screen in the highly anticipated thriller “The Girl on the Train.” Meanwhile, Krasinski, famous for his portrayal of Jim on the American version of the popular show “The Office,” is now working on the Amazon Prime show “Jack Ryan.”
