Amy Schumer has completed the purchase of a $12.15 million penthouse on the Upper West Side of New York.

The 4,500-square-foot, five-bedroom duplex is located at 190 Riverside Drive in a turn of the century building.

The unit boasts a full wall of glass doors, coffered glass ceilings, and a bespoke built glass and stone fireplace. Schumer will also enjoy a wraparound terrace and a private bedroom wing.

The comedienne-turned-actress got a pretty great deal on the new penthouse since it was actually listed this past April for $18.9 million.

The new duplex penthouse is a giant leap from Schumer’s previous New York living space, which was a townhouse apartment on West 80th Street that she currently has listed for $1.63 million.
