The older brother of comedian/actor Jonah Hill, Jordan Feldstein, has a pretty lucrative career of his own as a music manager, and with clients like Maroon 5, Rick Springfield and Robin Thicke, big bro is no slouch. Now, just a year after buying properties in New York and Los Angeles, it looks like Feldstein is trying to unload.

The Los Angeles home, a white-fronted 1960s contemporary, features walls of glass that overlook the home’s swimming pool and the tropically landscaped property. Feldstein reportedly paid $11 million for it in September of last year and is looking to get $12.95 million this time around. Located in the Trousdale Estates area, the International Style-influenced home sits on a lot of 40,466 square feet. Dramatic entries and oversized living areas create a dynamic effect throughout the house, which counts four bedrooms, five-and-a-half baths and a home theater room among its 6,314 square feet.

The New York property is definitely a humbler affair, located in a brick-front building in Soho. The home has 1,400 square feet of living space on the ground floor (which gives it easy access to a plank back deck). That home comes with three bedrooms, two baths and an open living and dining room over two floors. Feldstein purchased the home for $2.3 million last October and is now asking $2.699 million.
